Have Your Steak and Eat it Too: Grilling Alternatives Under 500 Calories
There is something about standing around an open fire and grilling that makes me feel at home. A smokey char smell that intrigues out taste buds and an okay flavor that soaks into every object placed on the grill. Okay, maybe it's just me.

I'm sure we all like to grill to some level; veggie burgers, steaks, vegetable kabobs, baked potatoes. It doesn't matter which it is, if you throw it on the grill, it's bound to taste pretty good. You can get away with sauteing this over the stove top if you are using an oven to broil your steak. Either way, delicious.
Steak is a good example of a meat that is lean, high in protein and acceptable for a low-calorie diet.
