Kiss Me Chocolate Kiss Cookies
Everyone wants a kiss on Valentine's Day so give them what they want ! (Give yourself one too). A flirty kiss on the cheek, a filthy smooch on the lips, or ever better- a kiss COOKIE.
With savory smooth peanut butter, sugary cookie dough and a rich milk chocolate kiss pressed into the center, this is by far the tastiest
peanut butter cookie I have had.
Chocolate Kiss Cookies
48 Chocolate Kisses
1/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Stick Margarine
3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unwrap 48 chocolate kisses from their foil shell and set aside in a cool place. In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer add packed brown sugar, granulated sugar, margarine and peanut butter. Blend together on a medium speed until well mixed. Add flour and salt. Stir until completely combined and thick. Flavor with vanilla extract. Stir, scraping sides until batter is completely mixed. On a greased baking sheet roll out 12, one inch round balls of dough and place into preheated oven. Bake for 8 minutes until fully formed. Remove from heat and place a chocolate candy in pressed into the center of each cookie. Let cool one minute and remove cookies from sheet and onto a cooling rack. Serve warm or store in an air-tight cookie tin or container.
(About 24 Servings, Makes about 48 Cookies)
